Welcome to Vastcore! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
We provide a range of services including web design and development, hosting maintenance, support, and digital marketing packages.
2. Payment Terms
All services require an upfront payment.
Monthly services are paid at the beginning of each month before services commence.
Web design and development projects:
Projects $2,000 or less require 100% upfront payment.
Projects over $2,000 require a $2,000 upfront payment, with the remaining balance paid in milestones.
No upfront payment will be refunded unless we are unable to fulfill the service.
3. Delivery and Timelines
Monthly services start as soon as payment is received.
Web design and development projects typically have a turnaround time of 2 to 3 weeks, or longer for larger projects.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary materials such as brand guidelines, logistical content (e.g., address, contact details).
Feedback is requested within 48 hours or sooner to ensure timely project completion.
5. Intellectual Property
Clients retain all rights to the completed project upon full payment.
We will provide clients with project files upon request.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vastcore will not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from any project.
Clients agree to fully indemnify Vastcore against any claims related to the services provided.
7. Termination
Clients may terminate a project at any time. No refunds will be provided for services performed up to the termination date. We will provide commensurate value for any payments made, including exporting and sending project files.
If a monthly service is canceled, no refund will be provided for the current month. Clients may choose to either continue receiving services for the remainder of the month or stop services immediately.
Vastcore reserves the right to terminate a project. In such cases, we will provide commensurate value for any payments made or complete the month of service.
8. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any services rendered.
9. Amendments
Amendments to these Terms will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
